Logan/Jim woke up in the SHIELD medic lab with Assistant Director of SHIELD Maria Hills leaning against the wall. "So you are awake, Jim Henry. You did a good job and we caught that mutant, we are thinking of promoting you to Captain" Logan/Jim sigh" I will think about it mam" When Maria Hills left, Logan/Jim staggered to the computer and begin researching, when he came to Wolverine he saw the status" Dead" Jim panicked pulling the sleeve of his right arm, there was a long scar on it. Then he saw the weakness: Carbonadium and adamantium bullets*. " NO! This cant be right!!!" Then to his shock claws came out of his hand and with that everything came flowing back to him and then he black out again.

Rebellion Base

Juilian Keller was looking at his bandaged wound when Cessily barge in grabbing juilian by the collar. "What are you?! Just because of a little injury and let Noriko fight alone and now she's caught!" Cessily punched Juilian in the face. "Stop!"Sooraya shouted"Calm down Cessily" Juilian wipe the blood away from his mouth" Cessily i did not want that to happen...I wanted to help her but something about that soldier makes me afraid" Juilian said. "Well then why wasnt Noriko afraid?!" " Kids, stop it and come into the meeting room!" Luke cage shouted. Cessily sneered and left. In the meeting room, " This is the plan to get the mutants out of the containment. Any objections" Cap America ask. 'No then go to your post. As Cessily and Juilian were in the same group they decided to hold their quarrel after that.

They left in their cloak Jets. On the way, Rachel Grey caught a brain wave that was familar. She scan the whole New York area and gasped. "What's wrong Rach?" Rogue ask. "I feel... im not sure but i feel Logan's brainwaves in New york" The others gasped. "How can that be? Jean broke after she could not sense Logan anymore!" Jubilee exclaimed. "Guys we check it out after we infiltrate the industries" Captain America said. Suddenly alot of Government plane surrounded them.
SHIELD Medic lab
Logan/Jim woke up with all his memories back, he growled and got up. Colone Daniel Trask was guarding the cells when Logan/Jim came. "Sir!" Logan/Jim growled" Let me in Trask" "Sir i gotta permission....ARGGG!" Logan/Jim open the door switch off all security cameras and went in. There were 5 cells filled with Mutants. Logan sniff the air then unsheathing his claws he cut all the locks of the cells. "Bobby, Kitty,Noriko, Quicksliver out now!" There was a gasped before Bobby ran out "Logan You're alive!!!" Kitty went through Bobby hugging Logan. " When you captured we kinda recognise you but you didnt what happen?" "Long story, Bobby where is X-23?" Bobby kept quiet his face down" Where is SHE?!" Logan shouted. "S-Stark Industries, where all dangerous Mutants are kept" Logan growled"All of you come on today is our lucky day"

Chapter 3 *( Colonel Jim was promoted to Sergent)( I change the story:))

An alley

" You sure there are Mutants in this house?" SHIELD soldier Daniel Trask ask. "Yeah the tracker is going mad here" Sergent Jim* said. Then motioning the others to gather around the house. Daniel Trask knock the door" Open Up now!!" An old lady open up, Sergent Jim force his way pass her. There was an old man and a young girl sitting at the table. "What is it you want, good soldier?" The old man ask. Daniel Trask shot the ceiling and yelled" Down ALL OF YOU!!!" The old man and the girl scrambled to the ground. "Where are the Mutants?!" Daniel Trask ask. "What mutants?" The old man ask. " You wanna play dumb?" Sergent Jim signaled some soldiers to search the house. "We are not hiding anything soldier!" The old man yelled. "Shut UP!" Daniel Trask kick the old man in the guts. "Dad!!" The young girl shouted. Sergent Jim snorted before shooting the ground."NOOOOO!" The old woman scream. As soon as he did that a blast hit the roof, a blue hair girl and a boy jump out carrying another boy who was servely wounded." Evan!" The old woman cried. " Noriko Ashida and Juilian Keller" Noriko sneered" You guys are MONSTERS!!" Then with her charging her gauntlets, she fired a blast at the SHIELD soldiers.

Rebellion base

The alarm rang, " Two Mutants down at New York Oriental Avenue!" Forge said. Captain America growled" Rogue, Sam, Kurt and Jubilee ome with me!" They jumpo on their bikes and rode off fast. " Who did you think it was Cap?" Jubilee ask. "Noriko and Juilian"* " OH! Let's Hurry!"

Rubbish dump

"You okay?" Noriko ask Juilian who was wounded in the arm. "Never felt better" Juilian answered. Noriko sigh"Im sorry Juilian i was angry" Suddenly there was alot of gunshots. " Come out you BITCH!" Sergent Jim shouted."Damn!Stay here Juilian!" Noriko fired her powers at Sergent jim who dodge. "You are quite tough soldier!" Noriko shouted going for a punch at the face. Sergent Jim dodge but Noriko kick him in the guts then fired her powers at him. Jim hit the wall. "Down for the count!" Suddenly there was a gunshot and Noriko felt pain in her arm. " Don't unerstimate me kid!"The Sergent said standing. His helmet was gone, and Noriko felt recognisaton" Logan? Wolverine?" "Not me kid!" Noriko blasted at him but he dodge punching her in the stomach. Then he grab her by the collar" You shall die now girl!" Noriko roared blasting Jim with full power. Suddenly the ground beneath them broke. They fell into the sewers. Noriko blasted jim into wall" Stop attacking us already!!Im sick of soldiers chasing us everywhere!" Jim punched her then kick her. Noriko lost control of her powers and kept blasting Jim everywhere. Jim growled pushing Noriko to the ground. As he did that he stab her in the guts her powers exploded the tunnels and the pipes exploded, then she black out. Jim radioed headquarters before blacking out.

Jim woke up in a forest. "Where the hell am i?" suddenly he heard chopter and gunshots sounds. He ran towards them. He saw the chopter crash into the trees Tony stark, Henry pym and Carol Danvers surrounded the Chopter. There was a roar and the one called Wolverine jump out unsheathing his claws."Bobby! Take Laura and go!" Bobby nodded grabbing a struggling girl" Logan!! I don't wanna leave you!" "Bobby GO!!!" Bobby shot an ice bridge and sped away with Laura. "Don't do this Logan!" Iron man shouted as Logan flew at him with his claws. Carol Danvers intercepted and punched logan into the trees before flying after him. Jim stared in shock and wonder then he heard tony stark say" Do you have that bullet Pym?" "Yeah, Lets go!"
However as soon as they ran to meet up with Carol, they found her with a slash wound in her guts. Stark growled, "Pym take care of Carol and give me the Adamantium bullets!" Meanwhile Logan had reach the end of the forest. Suddenly beams were shot at him, "Stark" " Logan you force me to do this!" Logan growled jumping off the cliff, the bullet shot into Logan's arm. The scence change to a dim lited cave, Logan was restricted to a rock" FurY!!!" Nick Fury came out of the dark " Im sorry Logan this is to protect you" " Protect what?!" Suddenly professor Xavier wheeled out of the darkness" This is for your good" Nick Fury and Xavier nodded. Xavier put his hand on Logan's head. :XAVIER!!!!!!" LOgan roared. The scene change to a SHIELD Medic bay, there jim recognised it all " I have got to wake up!!! I have been betrayed!!!!!"

Chapter 2
Unkown SHIELD Containment
A car stop outside the gate. A SHIELD guard open the door. A man wearing a mask and hat came out. The gate open, the man was escorted in by Tony Stark."Did you have to wear like that Mr.President?" Stark ask. The man smiled" I don't anybody to kown that i came here and Tony please call me James" After walking a long corridor, they came to a cell. Tony open the door and a man was chain to the wall." Mr Matthew Murdock, I am James Hendrick the President of United States, Im here to give you an openeing. Register and you will be my personal aide" There was slience before Matt Murdock replied" Im sorry i reject the offer, all superhumans should be free from registration" With this explanation the President left with Tony Stark. " Tony, I don't care what you do but i want you to capture the rebellion no matter what. If they resist put THEM down!!" "Yes sir!" After the President left, Stark left in his suit.
Stark Industries Main Lab
"What?! The President wants what?!" Henry Pym ( Yellowjacket) ask in shock. Stark ruffled his hair" Yeah, just like that. Oh and Pym you wanna see my new designs?" Henry Pym smiled. Stark turn on the computer and the designs came up. You mellow down the Sentinels to human size! What do you call them?" Henry exclaimed. "Ultra Sentinels, I have the components to make them resistant to Mutant powers" Stark explained. "Let's do it!" Both of them started working on the Ultra Sentinels.
Two days later Same place Midnight
Henry Pym was busy with the Ultra Sentinels when Jane Van Dyne ( Wasp) came in. "Doing well Darling?" "Oh, Its you honey, oh yeah im busy thinking of a code breaker" Jane Kissed him on the cheek" Some encouragement see you later" Pym smiled as Jane left. An hour later, Tony Stark came back form patrolling. When he came to his lab, he found it in a mess, " Pym! You alright?PYM!" Suddenly his suit enchance hearing made him jump to the side as lots of bullets were fired. " I have never felt so good in my life!!! Pym came out, half of him was a cyborg. "Stark! You are a traitor to Mutants!! You shall die!!! Suit Initate! Repulsor Beam!!! Cyborg Pym put up a shield before smashing a huge hole. " Team!! Active!! Pym has gone mad! Do not kill him but capture him!" In an alley, a few people were playing poker when Cyborg Pym smashed in and started shooting" Die Humans!" Suddenly a lazer beam was shot at him. "Scott Summers!!! " Cyborg Pym shot bullets at scott who dodge, suddenly Warren Washington with his sword came down on him. Cyborg Pym put up a shield before slashing Scott against the chest. "SCOTT!!" Warren shouted. However before he could do anything alot of spikes flew up into air cutting his wings. With that, Cyborg Pym flew away. Iron man was patrolling the city when Carol Danvers contacted him" Tony! Pym has gotten the President at the top of the Liberty!" "Damn! Carol Pronto now!" "On my way!"On the top of the Stature of Liberty, Cyborg Pym was hanging the President by the leg. In panic the President shouted" I will give anything you want!" Cyborg Pym laugh" Can you give me a world full of mutants? No right?!" Suddenly Cyborg pym newly enhanced hearing hear a weapon being fired that he dodge. " Stark!" However Carol Danvers punched him in the chest. He drop the President. Carol Danvers was about to catch him when Cyborg Pym punch her grabbing the President. Suddenly a Repulsor Beam hit him in the middle. Although he was eletrocuted he fired a beam at Stark also electrocuting stark. Carol grab Stark and the president.
National Hospital
Stark woke up with a bandage around his chest. Carol was standing beside him." The President is in coma" Stark glowed at that" Carol, take me back to my lab now" Carol nodded carrying him off. 'Carol tell SHIELD to step up on looking for Mutants!" "Yes sir!"

Well i tink i will try to post my stories here. This first story is about the MARVEL comics civil war but i change the story here and there. Yeah anyway credits to Marvel if i copied some.
Year 2014 June 18 Location: White House Time: 9:00am
There were many people outside the White House demostrating as they wanted the President to put a permanent policy of registration for the Mutants. President James Hendrick saw from his room and sigh deeply. His Secreatary Maria Jane Lee came in " Sir, its time for you to go" President James Hendrick got up" Maria, i don't have anymore choice now do i?" Maria smiled sadly:"I guess not sir" As President James Hendrick stood at the pulpit he made up his mind. " Good Morning Citizens of America. I know what happen in Stanford has caused you to be afraid of mutants and their powers. I give my sympathy to the families of the Stanford Tragedy. I have decided that a Superhuman registration act must be instilled. Tony Stark, you know as Iron Man will be leading the Act. I promise you people Mutants will never hurt us anymore!" After the speech, some people rejoice, some people were confused.
X-men Institute 11:00am same day
SHIELD Helicopters were hovering above the Institute. SHIELD Director Nick Fury came down. Professor Xaiver was there to meet him. They went to the meeting room, Logan known as Wolveine was there. "Good to see you Logan" Fury said before sitting down. " I have bad news adly for you Logan. The president wants all dangerous Mutants to be contain. One of them is you and Laura. However if you are willing to come with me, Laura can stay here and be protected by the X-men" Logan snorted but before he could say a thing Professor Xaiver put up his hand" Nick Fury will you give Logan 3 days to think about it?" Nick Fury nodded. Logan left the room.
Year 2015 1 Jan New York Times ( i think this the New York newspaper?)
There has been 300 Mutants being captured since last year for rebelling against the Registration Act. Tony Stark, Henry Pym and Reed Richards are buiding a containment that is rumored to hold a million people. Captain America is helping thoes who refused to register because he says all superhuman should be free. When ask Tony Stark says:" Captain America is no exception thoes who refuse capture will be contain and put down" Superhumans not registered: 415.
Year 2030 a street alley
Jubilation Lee also know as Jubilee was running with a 14 year old girl whoes power just manifest. The Shield Soldiers were after them. "Jessica! Can you create a blast of fire to distract them?!" Jubilee ask. Jessica shook her head. Jubilee raised her palms creating sparks that exploded in their faces, she also threw a smoke bomb making their escape much more efficient. After the distraction that Shield Unit gather together to regroup. Their Leader Colonel Jim Henry broke the until into 2. " Radio us if you find them, don't try to find them alone!" "Yes sir!" The soldiers saluted and ran off. Jubilee and Jessica were in the sewage running, Jubilee radioed Captain America " Cap! i got the girl! We managed to get away but i think they will find us soon!" " Try to hide, we are getting there as soon as possible!" Cap radioed back. Suddenly there were a lot of gunshots, Jubilee push Jessica to the ground. Colonel Jim and his parthner had found them. "Give it up girls! No use running anymore we got your exits block!" Jubilee growed " You prople are all monsters!!!" Then she threw her powers at them again. Her power hit the soldier but not the colonel. The Colonel kept on shooting while jubilee threw her powers at him. Soon the shooting stop, " Are they gone?" Jessica ask. " NO this got to be a trap!!" As soon as she said that a hand grab her by the collar throwing her to the ground."NO!!" Jessica scream. The Colonel pointed his gun at Jubilee's neck. " Still want to run?" He shot Jubilee in the left leg" ARG!!" "All Mutants should submit to the human race!' Colonel JIm shouted kicking Jubilee in the side."Please stop!!!" Jessica yelled. As she yelled she felt something boiling in her. As Colonel Jim kick jubilee again a blast of fire bolt hit him causing him to smash against the wall. "Don't you there attack her again!!!" Jessica's hands were lit up with fire bolts. "Ha Kid! Jim raced at her dodoging all the attacks, he punch jessica in the face. Then he kicked her in the guts."Thats enough!!" Another blast hit him and he saw the 2 girls being rescued. "Captain America!! you are a disgrace to America!!" Jim shouted. Captain America look at him"TEll Tony We will never give up until the Act is repleaded!" Then everything went black.
